Thank you for your interest in LMKuhns PSP&IM Creations. The purpose of this page is to outline the Terms of Use, User Agreements and other important information relating to my paid members service, LMKuhns PSP&IM Creations.
Please note this page is continuously under construction. I will be adding necessary documents and information to it as time permits. Currently it's a bit on the disorganized side but I am working to re-arrange items so it will flow better and hopefully be easy to understand. Thanks for being patient!

Membership Revision and Cancellations
- I reserve the right to cancel the membership of any individual found to have deliberately disregarded my terms of use and user agreements. Members found to have shared any membership-only item shared will be subject to having their membership canceled without refund. Once your payment through Paypal has been processed, it is non-refundable.
- Once your payment has been processed and your membership has been activated, your payment in non-refundable.
- If your email address changes, it is your responsibility to contact me to help you make the necessary adjustments to your Yahoogroups subscription. Each member may have only one email address subscribed to this group at any given time.
-I reserve the right to change, add to or remove from these terms of use at any time as necessary. I reserve the right to change my website(s) and Yahoogroup settings as necessary. When any such changes are to be made, I will make current members aware of the changes.
Occasionally circumstances may prevent me from being able to access the Internet for periods of time. Examples would be power outages, interruptions in my Internet Provider's accessibility, personal issues such as illness or family oriented priorities, a computer crash, etc. As most of these things can and do periodically happen, I ask members to please be patient and understanding when I am unexpectedly unavailable. In the case of a computer malfunction or crash involving the loss of materials offered, I will do my best to replace the lost items or otherwise provide items of equal value in replacement.
Specials apply and are delivered only when subscriptions are paid in full or payments are completed.


Occasionally, I may have "mini sales" for items such as animations, personal tags and stationary, tag sets, desktops or other materials. Whenever I hold a "mini sale" I will make known if or how much of the proceeds will go to charity. When possible I will provide the appropriate legal documentation and evidence of the donated funds. However, please note that I am unable to issue tax receipts to members. Mini sales, special promotions, or sales I offer to newly subscribing members do not apply to already subscribed members. No portion of one's payment will be refunded if a sale is held after the date of their payment has been processed.

Membership Renewals

If your membership renewal date passes and payment has been arranged but received late, the amount of time passed between your renewal date and your payment date will be included in your new subscription end date. For example, if your subscription is up for renewal on the 1st of the month and you choose to renew for 1 month, and pay on the 15th, your subscription will end on the last day of that month, *not* the 15th day of the following month. Removal of Members
If a consistent history of disregard of my TOU and disrespect of myself should continue with a relationship with a paid member, I reserve the right to remove the member without refund of payment. My TOU is not complicated. Grounds for removal of a member would include things such as: being called a derogatory name like "b'tch", being threatened, insulted, etc., being repeatedly asked to do things that go beyond the outlines of what my service through LMKuhns PSP&IM Creations provides, sending me excess email requesting items not offered, and other problems as they occur and I see fit. I will address members who disrespect me and try to work out a solution. However in the case of individuals who continue to disrepect my TOU and/or myself, I do reserve the right to remove that member from the group. - LMK 12/05/09, revised 12/28/11

Access to Your Requested Items
At the end of each month, items I've made for my Members Only Group and for LMKuhns PSP&IM Creations as a whole are uploaded to my Fotki and 4Shared sites. Once these items have been stored online, I provide the applicable links to the group via email. After the items have been stored online they are removed from my personal computer. If you have a need to retrieve a letter, tag, destop, etc you will need to use the links provided to go retrieve the items yourself. I am unable to collect together months or years worth of items requested and produce them again via email in the case of someone getting a new computer or such. Everything is kept and made accessible, however, I am will not guarantee that I can re-send items after they've already been sent and received the first time. I highly recommend that you save your items to CD, disk, external hard drive, an online storage site, etc. if you anticipate a need to regain access to your items at a future date.

My tutorials are not intended for teaching purposes. I am not offering teaching Paint Shop Pro techniques as a part of membership subscriptions. It is assumed that those individuals who have purchased a membership here with the intention of using my exclusive members only tutorials have some experience with Paint Shop Pro or are learning to use Paint Shop Pro elsewhere.
My members only tutorials are all written in Incredimail format. They are not available currently in Word or other formats. Therefore, you will need to have Incredimail installed on your computer to be able to open my tutorials.
Tutorials outlining how to make stationary assume you are making Incredimail letters. You are welcome to use the tutorials to make stationary for other email software programs provided that you follow the TOU of linking back to my website.

My tutorials are written in English using Paint Shop Pro, version 12 (X2). They are tested by a group of talented ladies voluntarily. After rigorous testing and perfecting, tutorials are released to the group by being uploaded to the files section: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/lmkuhns_members_only/files/
If and when possible, supplies necessary for tutorials will be uploaded to the files sections as well. Supplies for my tutorials are also stored on my 4Shared account. Supplies made by me (such as masks or patterns) will always be made available to you at my files section as a part of your paid membership fee.
Do not re-copy my tutorials or translate into other languages. Do not re-distribute them through email or upload them to any websites. (They are not to be shared!). Do not re-copy my tutorials and re-distribute them as your own creations or written work. You may print out the tutorials for your personal private use only. The copyright for my tutorials belongs to me.
You are welcome and encouraged to share your creations and finished work using my tutorials. As written in each of my tutorials, I require a link back to my website when you use my tutorials.




Any stationary I share, including tutorial examples, cannot be saved in any email program other than Incredimail. Do not save or convert the Incredimail stationary shared in this group to Outlook Express or other email formats. Stationary shared on my group is intended for use with Incredimail only. Do not "rip" apart any stationary shared here.

It is not a requirement for you to use Incredimail as your default email program. However, you must use it for receiving mail from this group. Your subscription settings must be set to traditional. Members who are found to repeatedly set their format to fully featured or default may be removed from the group. Please note that if your account "bounces", Yahoo sometimes resets your group subscription(s) to default format. It is your responsibility to change your subscription format back to traditional should this happen to you.



- Signature tags made for you are intended for your personal use only. If you request a tag for a friend, the tag is likewise intended for that individual's use only. Please don't upload or share signature tags in groups or on websites.
- Do not alter or change the tags made in any way (such as adding animation or borders, etc). This applies to "blank" tags as well as personalized tags and extras.
- Do not remove my watermark from tags I create.
- You may use signature tags and personalized stationary made for you in email. Providing a link back to my website when doing so is greatly appreciated.
- Tags made for members are not to be shared with non-members.
- You may use a personalized signature tag on your personal website provided you link to my website and do not claim the tag as your own creation or re-sell the tag for profit.
- Leave file names in tact.
